Power Of Attorney
The Consulate General of Lebanon accepts Power of Attorney applications exclusively from Lebanese nationals or Palestinians holding a Lebanese travel document residing in the UAE.
Foreign nationals or individuals who do not hold a Lebanese travel document must obtain their Power of Attorney for use in Lebanon through a Notary Public in the UAE, have it attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then submit it for attestation at the Consulate General of Lebanon in Dubai.
1- Essential documents
- Application form.(completed online and printed, or filled manually at the consulate)
- A valid passport or Lebanese ID of the applicant, along with a copy of either document.
- A Copy of the agent's passport or ID

2- Additional Documents for Specific Types Power of Attorney
- Real Estate Power of Attorney: A copy of the property deed or a registry certificate.
- Vehicle Power of Attorney: A copy of the vehicle deed of ownership, including the license number, year, plate number, engine, and chassis serial numbers.
- Banking Power of Attorney: Indicate the name of the bank/branch and the account number in the application form, or attach the POA text provided by the bank (if available).
- Marriage or Divorce Power of Attorney: Full names, religious affiliation, and identification of the relevant competent authorities.
- Revocation of a Power of Attorney: A copy of the Power of Attorney to be revoked.
